Consent to Personal Data Processing
Effective September 22, 2026
By ticking the personal data consent box in the request form on serikson.kz and sending the request, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to SERIKSON MARKETING LLP (Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью "SERIKSON MARKETING") collecting and processing my personal data on the terms below. This consent is given electronically under Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection” (the “Law”).
This is an English translation of the Russian original; if they differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. Operator
SERIKSON MARKETING LLP (ТОО "SERIKSON MARKETING"), BIN 210440011002, registered address: 22 Kyzylkaiyn St., Kaitpas microdistrict, Karatau district, Shymkent 160000, Kazakhstan, email: info@serikson.kz (the “Operator”).
2. Data subject
The individual who filled in the request form. The subject’s name is as entered in the “Name” field.
3. Data covered
- first and last name, as entered in the form;
- phone number;
- company name, if provided;
- the service selected;
- the content of further correspondence about the request;
- request details: date and time sent, IP address, UTM tags.
4. Purposes
- handling my request and contacting me;
- running a free consultation and preparing a proposal;
- entering into and performing a contract.
5. Processing operations
Collection, accumulation, storage, modification, supplementing, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction and deletion — with or without automated means.
6. Transfer to third parties
Permitted. The Operator may transfer the data to parties that process it on the Operator’s behalf for the purposes of this consent — website hosting, email, the WhatsApp Business Platform and cloud artificial intelligence services — and to government authorities where required by law. These parties are listed in the Privacy Policy.
7. Cross-border transfer
Yes. The data may be transferred to servers in the USA and other countries where the providers listed in the Privacy Policy keep their servers.
8. Publication in publicly available sources
No.
9. Term
Until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than three years after my last contact with the Operator. I may withdraw this consent earlier.
10. Withdrawal
I may withdraw this consent by writing to info@serikson.kz or to the Operator’s registered address. The Operator stops processing within 15 business days unless the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan require the data to be kept, or sends a reasoned refusal (Article 8(7) of the Law). Consent cannot be withdrawn where this contradicts the law or where I have an unfulfilled obligation (Article 8(2) of the Law).
11. WhatsApp messages
With a separate box in the form, I may opt in to receive WhatsApp messages from Serikson (SERIKSON MARKETING LLP) at the phone number in my request, about this request and our further work. This box is optional. I can opt out at any time by replying “Stop” on WhatsApp or writing to info@serikson.kz.
12. Record of consent
The Operator records the date and time of consent and the version of this text. The current version is published at serikson.kz/en/consent.
