Data Deletion
Effective September 22, 2026
You can ask us at any time to delete the data we received from you through serikson.kz, WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
1. How to send a request
- Send “Delete my data” on WhatsApp to +7 702 001 93 35, or email info@serikson.kz with the subject “Data deletion”.
- Tell us the phone number or email address you used to contact us or entered in your request.
- If the request comes from a different number or address, we will ask you to confirm that the data is yours.
2. What we delete
Your request data, your WhatsApp, Telegram and email conversations, and information about you in our work systems. We will also ask the service providers that process data on our behalf to delete their copies.
3. Timelines
We stop processing and delete your data within 15 business days, and data collected unlawfully within one business day after confirmation. Once done, we will let you know through the same channel your request came from.
4. What cannot be deleted
Contracts, invoices, acts of acceptance and other documents that accounting and tax laws require us to keep. We keep them until the required period ends and use them only for that purpose.
Messages in your own WhatsApp app are stored on your device — you can delete the chat yourself.
