The Website describes the services of Serikson, a brand of SERIKSON MARKETING LLP: building AI agents for businesses, CRM and ERP systems, and integrations. Information on the Website is for general information only. Timelines and results, such as “a first prototype within 5 days”, are indicative; the terms of each project are set out in a proposal and a contract.

Website content is not a public offer, except for the Public Offer document.

The Website’s texts, design, video and frames from it, images, logos and code belong to us or are used lawfully. You may not copy, distribute or adapt them without our written permission, except for free use permitted by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, such as quoting with attribution.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We will first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation; if that fails, the dispute will be heard by the court at the location of SERIKSON MARKETING LLP, unless the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including consumer protection laws, provide otherwise.
